VOXCAR Subprocessors
Third parties that process personal data on our behalf
Last Updated June 14th, 2026.
Data Controller: Floburn Inc. (d/b/a VOXCAR). Questions about this list? Contact privacy@voxcar.com.
A "subprocessor" is a third party we engage to process personal data on our behalf in order to provide the VOXCAR service. This page lists the subprocessors we currently use. For a fuller description of how AI processing works and the safeguards that apply, see the AI Processing section of our Privacy Policy.
Our AI model providers are engaged under negotiated commercial Data Processing Addendums (DPAs), linked below. Other operational providers process data under their respective standard terms of service and data-processing terms. Our subprocessors may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate; cross-border transfers are protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
1. AI Model Providers
These providers process the content you submit to deliver VOXCAR's AI features (service-history analysis, vehicle valuations, invoice and receipt extraction, the in-app assistant, web-grounded answers, and similar features). Each is engaged under its commercial / API Data Processing Addendum and is contractually committed not to use your content to train its own models. The specific provider that serves a given request may vary as we route between models for quality, capacity, and cost; every provider we route to is listed here and bound by the commitments above.
- Anthropic (Claude) – AI inference. Engaged under Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum. Currently active.
- OpenAI (GPT / ChatGPT models) – AI inference. Engaged under OpenAI's Data Processing Addendum. Currently active.
- Google (Gemini, via Google Cloud / Vertex AI) – AI inference. Engaged under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Currently active.
- xAI (Grok) – AI inference. Engaged under xAI's Data Processing Addendum. Currently active.
- Perplexity (Sonar API models) – AI inference for web-grounded answers. Engaged under Perplexity's Data Processing Addendum. Currently active.
2. Infrastructure and Operational Providers
In addition to the providers above, VOXCAR relies on the following operational service providers, which process personal data under their respective standard terms of service and data-processing terms. Processing occurs primarily in the United States.
- Stripe (Stripe, LLC) – payment and subscription processing. Data Processing Agreement.
- Google (Google LLC) – website usage and product analytics via Google Analytics. Data Processing Terms.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) – bot and spam protection via Turnstile. Data Processing Addendum.
- Google (Google LLC) – transactional and notification email via Gmail / Google Workspace. Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
- Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC, a Salesforce company) – customer-support intake and triage. Data Processing Addendum.
- Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.) – application and website hosting infrastructure. Data Processing Addendum.
- NHTSA (U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) – VIN decoding via the public vPIC API. A U.S. government data service: only the vehicle identification number is transmitted, and the API is used without an account under its public terms.
3. Updates to This List
We update this page as our subprocessors change. A subprocessor being listed here does not mean it is active for every feature or every user. If you have questions about a specific subprocessor or our data-processing terms, contact privacy@voxcar.com.
